Using the Software
Q. We have different chequebooks from different banks, can we have
all the chequebooks in the software?
A. Yes, you can
add multiple bank accounts in the system and for each account you
can add any number of chequebooks. Each chequebook can have its own
print format.
Q. We have a cheque that the
print format is not in the print template list, what should we do?
A.
You can design print templates for any
cheque format with the designer that is available in the software.
Open the 'Print Template Designer' screen, design a new template and
save it. You can also ask us to print a cheque template for you by
faxing us your cheque copy (this service is provided to customers
that have already purchased the product).
Q. I have a cheque that is already voided, how
can I track void cheques?
A.
You can edit the status of the cheque to
different statuses such as Voided, Post Dated and Cleared to track
different cheque status.
Q. Which printer
should we use for printing cheques?
A.
You can use any normal printer. However big printers
may cause paper jam. The best options are small ink jet printers we
recommend you

A. You can purchase the

Q. How I get the software
after purchase?

When you purchase the software you will
immediately receive an email containing your license key and product
download link. You can download the software and activate it using
the received license key.

activate the software?

Activating the product is very easy. All you
need is to open the activation screen, enter your license key and
click the activate button.

Q. Do we get new versions and product updates for free?
A. Yes. One a newer
version is available, the software inform you and you can download
and update your product. There is no fees for purchasing new version
and all are totally free of charge.
